Job Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  1. Call-Out Fee for On-Site Cancellations:- If a job is canceled after the operator has arrived on-site, a $120 call-out fee will be charged.
  2. Rescheduling Policy:- You may reschedule your job at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time without any penalty.
  3. By booking our services, you agree to these cancellation terms.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

  1. Original colors that have faded by wear and sunlight cannot be restored nor can the effects of grease swat and hair oil always be entirely removed.
  2. Price quotation given over call are estimates only. Exact costs can be determined only after job inspection by the operator.
  3. The company does not accept responsibility for any latent damage or defects not apparent at time of receipt of goods by the company, but which may appear during or result from ordinary and normal processing. Examples:
    1. DRY ROT– a weak or brittle condition of some rug backings.
    2. WEAK DYES– Where sub-standard types of dyes or dyeing methods have been used.
    3. DICOLOURATIONS– caused by urine, acid or alkalis, A condition of backing or underfelt, incorrect methods or materials used in home cleaning.
    4. FADING– caused by sunlight cannot be rectified.
    5. SHADING– caused by traffic conditions of the camel may not be totally estimated in the cleaning.
    6. LATEX AND BONDING DETERIORATION– Latex used in some backings and for fringing, tape binding, seaming and other repairs deteriorates in time and may loosen during operation.
    7. Some types of rugs and carpets change textures. An appearance and we cannot assume responsibility for same.
  4. The company will provide free storage for goods delivered to the company for no more than 21 days after notification by the company to the customer that the goods have been cleaned and are ready to be collected.   5. NO Complaints in respect of any work or service contracted for will be considered unless lodge with the company within twenty-four (24) hours of the performance of the work. A service complained of.
  6. These conditions of contract cannot be varied by a servant or agent of the company unless expressly authorized in writing by the company accordingly.
  7. I acknowledge receipt for service and goods and liability for charges herein. I further acknowledge that until all proceeds are processed to completion; I am liable for all changes.

We assure no responsibility for breakage or damage caused by employees when asked to handle your personal property in your home. For special request (e.g. Not to move certain items) please state and sign on front of invoice. Thank you for patronage.

A SPECIAL INSTRUCTION ABOUT YOUR CARPET

Individual attention has been given to this carpet but the stains remaining (e.g. Cordial, Furniture, Stains, Urine, some inks & substances containing strong dyes) cannot be removed without the danger of causing damage to the colors or fibers. These stains have become set in. Although they may not have been as visible before your carpet was cleaned, they sometimes stand out more sharply following a professional cleaning. We call this to your attention so you can realize it has not been overlooked. If you have any questions, please contact us.

No effort is spared on our part to ensure that your carpets will look their best. Your participation is also important. Leave windows and doors open to allow ample ventilation to speed drying time on a damp, humid day a heater can be helpful.
